Summer evenings at Kirna Manor are special. The day slowly slips behind the treetops, the air grows soft, and a quiet sense of anticipation gathers in the manor courtyard. It is time to pause for a moment, take your seat at the table, and let the evening unfold at its own gentle pace.
This summer’s gourmet dinners take guests on a seven-course journey of flavours, where each dish is part of a greater whole. One course follows another at an unhurried pace – allowing the flavours to fully open up and conversations to flow freely. Each dish is accompanied by a carefully selected wine, creating harmony for both the palate and the senses.
The evening is created through the collaboration of two young and talented chefs. Mia Marin Lilienthal, who studied in France and gained experience in Michelin restaurants, and Ferkle Kalaus bring their creativity, precision, and sensitivity to flavour to the table at Kirna Manor.
All savoury dishes are crafted by Mia, who combines seasonal ingredients, pure flavours, and playful elegance. The evening ends with a sweet finale by Ferkle – his handcrafted desserts add delicacy, balance, and always a small element of surprise to the menu.
