Exhibitions at Tulip Festival 2026
Tulip Festival 2026 brings a completely new artistic world to the upper floor of the manor.
✨ For the first time at Kirna – an immersive photo studio!
Young artist Tanhel-Maria Rozenbaum creates a space where visitors themselves become part of the art. An entire room is filled with seasonal installations – different corners, lights and compositions created for taking photos.
This is the perfect place to take beautiful photos with your phone, but of course, photographers with professional cameras are also very welcome.
This is not just an exhibition, but an experience you can take with you as a photograph.
🎨 Painting that makes you notice
This year, the walls of the halls on the upper floor of the manor will be filled with brand-new works by two distinctive Estonian artists, inspired by Kirna Manor and tulips.
Anne Daniela Rodgers‘s works create a rich and detailed visual world. Anne Daniela has said about herself that, for her, art is a way to make sense of her experiences, to find boundaries for them and, through that, also relief.
Eleny Kasemets is a conceptual artist whose work explores change, fragility and beauty even where it may at first seem hidden. In Eleny’s works, the focus is on the other side of tulips’ life – the moment after the peak of blooming, where beauty does not disappear but becomes deeper and quieter.
🌸 Floral arrangements by Estonia’s top florists
And, as every year, this spring the upper floor of the manor will again be filled with installations created by Estonia’s best florists – living and fragrant art that enters into dialogue with the paintings displayed on the walls of the halls. A big thank you to the florists – our beloved co-creators!
👉 All exhibitions open on 9 May, the official opening day of the Tulip Festival. The tulip fields and exhibitions will remain open until the end of May.
Cafés open!

History
Kirna Manor was established in the 1620s when Gustav II Adolf gifted five villages in Järvamaa to Hans von Fersen, the head of the Estonian nobility. The manor remained in the hands of the Fersen family until 1787.
During the time of Carl Gustav von Fersen, an impressive manor house was built. After his death, the manor passed to his niece, Helene Dorothea von Fersen, who was married to Johann Gustav von Osten-Sacken and later to Prince Mikhail Gorchakov (1768–1831).
In 1804, the manor became the property of Johann’s younger brother, Carl Magnus Osten-Sacken (1733–1808), who redesigned the manor house. The Osten-Sacken family owned the manor until 1816, when it was pledged to Major General Georg Ludwig Pilar von Pilchau, and the manor remained in the Pilchau family’s possession until its expropriation in 1919.
The manor and park are open daily from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM!

Kirna Manor Park
For those interested in natural healing, Kirna Manor Park is well known for its natural backdrop that supports the biological rhythms of the human body. According to geological maps of the ground, it has been determined that Kirna Manor and the park are located above a major fault line. The rumors of Kirna Manor Park’s positive effects have spread beyond Estonia. Visitor groups from Europe are frequent, and there have even been visitors from Brazil and Tibet.
The most common problem for modern people is stress, which also causes many other illnesses. In Kirna Manor Park, being in the park has shown good results in alleviating stress. Although the positive effects of Kirna Manor Park are not always fully explainable, we likely agree that certain places have a particularly beneficial effect on human health. We believe that a person can do a lot to experience the park’s effects. The desire and willingness to solve one’s problems, as well as trust in the help nature offers, should enhance the impact of the time spent in the park. Patience also helps: contact with nature may not restore quickly, but the results are more lasting. So, let’s make use of what our own nature offers us!

What clients think?
Incredibly good food! The cake made there was so fresh, the flavor was well balanced, and the appearance was perfect. The service staff were also outstanding – they remembered everything that had been discussed and treated customers with genuine warmth and kindness. The atmosphere was wonderfully cozy and lovely. Thank you!
Karin Köster
A good place to honestly look within yourself. A walk through the park powerfully and clearly brought the realization of where the problem lies and what steps to take to improve things. The manor house is also very enchanting, with distinctive architecture. I wish the owners strength in restoring it and in creating beauty and abundance.
Kristel Aus
The tulips at Kirna Manor are, by Estonian standards, truly so astonishing that there is hardly anywhere further to go from here. I had read about Kirna Park before and knew about the benches. And that there were tulips there. In reality, there are over 60 varieties of tulips. And not just a handful, but entire fields of them. Although the manor’s website says that during the summer the manor park is the most visited tourist attraction in Järvamaa, and the manor staff recommend that visitors come to admire the flowers on weekdays, that advice cuts both ways. It cuts both ways because I do not know what happens there on weekends, but on a weekday afternoon the garden was packed with people to the limit.

Kirna gives your mind a reset. After visiting Kirna, your head feels fresh and rested, and thinking becomes simple and light. In Kirna, a sense of empowerment arises — that truly, you can handle anything in life — especially when sitting on the head energy and pineal gland benches. Many of us have felt that our eyes see more clearly in Kirna. And what is interesting is that you do not get sick here — we have visited even in very cold weather, in autumn rain and wind, felt chilled, yet the next day everyone was perfectly healthy 🙂 Some trees are especially lovely, for example the women’s hormone trees — a group of chestnut trees — they make you want to hug them right away 🙂 The pregnancy and family relationships spot is a wonderful place to sit in summer — it feels as if you are “indoors,” with the tree branches forming a protective wall.
Anu Seeman
It is something warm, beautiful, and mystical. While being at the manor, you feel peace and love. You sit on those benches... and time seems to stand still. Kirna has helped me, and because of that I can say: believe me, everything a person in need could require is there. I would also like to thank Henn Hunt! His hug before leaving left a very warm feeling for a long time. Whenever possible, I always go back.
Heli Rood
A café where it is truly easy to lose yourself in enjoyment.
Triin Kärblane
An excellent cozy atmosphere, friendly and professional service, and wonderful food. That freshly baked rhubarb and curd meringue cake was simply divine.
Kärt Ojala
Thank you, dear café family! Yesterday’s visit to you was wonderful... the oven-baked meat melted in the mouth, the meringue cake was very delicious... a warm room and such kind hosts — what more could one wish for? Nothing more... we will come again another time!!
Ingrid Mangmann
The pearl of Järvamaa! The food at the café is, of course, wonderfully delicious, and the atmosphere is cozy. When you are there, time seems to take on a completely different meaning.
Marja-Liisa Loitmets
Peace of mind and joy are probably the right words to describe my feelings when leaving the manor. In the parking lot, people were saying to one another: it is a good thing we came, this is Keukenhof. In my opinion, it is not. It is something much more than that. On one side, orderly tulip designs; on the other, a wild tulip field. On one side, neatly labeled variety names; on the other, a thrilling sense of wildness. And if you need to rest your legs, choose the right bench. The Tulip Festival at Kirna Manor is wonderful. Yet along with the flower pictures, I also took away soul pictures and a softly resonating question.

Homely warmth and inventive gourmet cuisine. A place where the chef, the customer, and the server all smile. A meeting place for happy people.
Piret Sihver
New Age’i hõng oli tuntav, kuid tagasihoidlik. Uue katuse toetuseks müüdavad mälestuskatusekivid on leidlik idee.
Ulrika Mansnerus-Watson
I visited Kirna Manor last Sunday to enjoy its incredibly beautiful blossoms, but an even greater experience than the flowers was the food that was offered! At the café in Kirna Manor, I felt so specially ordinary, and that made me very happy and deeply touched me. I have a very sensitive stomach, and I am already so used to the fact that I generally cannot eat anything at cafés or outdoor events, but at your place I could actually choose! It was absolutely wonderful that both the soup and the curry on the menu suited me, because they were vegan and also free from gluten and soy. In addition to that wonderful surprise, my senses were also captivated by the beautiful raw avocado cake 🙏😍.
Kertu Chaffraix
It was as if I had gone back in time, to a moment when beauty had time to be beautiful and when love could still shyly unfold. It felt very Sunday-like and solemn to be among those people, trees, flowers, and the spirits of the manor. I would not really want to describe it in great detail, but it cannot be denied that Kirna Manor seems to weigh your thoughts and feelings and then either takes you in as its own or leaves you as a tourist. As I came down the manor steps at the end of the day, a woman took me by the hand and said from the bottom of her heart: this is where I would like to stay and live. “The wishes of the living have a way of coming true, so be careful,” I replied. Because it seems to me that there are others at Kirna Manor who have remained there forever.
