NB! The sound journey takes place lying down. Bring along everything that will make your lie-down as comfortable and enjoyable as possible – a soft mat, sheepskin, warm blanket, small pillow, comfortable clothing. Also bring a water bottle and a notebook and writing utensil to record your thoughts or visions.
The air temperature in the hall is the same as outdoors.

The lie-down concerts we conduct are frequency journeys – a symbiosis of a ceremonial and conventional sound journey, i.e., an impro-vocal concert, our way.
Our journey is an invitation deep into the inner world – a space where vibration and frequencies open up the stories, feelings, and tensions stored in the body, so they can flow freely and dissolve. An experience where sound becomes a bridge between different layers of consciousness, creating space for expansion and the freedom to experience yourself free – as your authentic self.
To create soundscapes, we use vocals, a looper, crystal singing bowls, a didgeridoo, and percussion instruments. Each soundscape is born as an improvisation in the moment, being entirely inspired by the space and the participants. Sound frequencies can touch deep layers: bring forth feelings, memories, imagery, or simply carry you on a wave of peace and relaxation. Movement can take place in the body and energetics.
Why choose the space of a sound journey?
We don’t hear sounds with our ears alone.
In fact, we live and breathe amidst sounds and vibrations – sounds surround us constantly.
Often we don’t even notice which frequencies we choose around us, or when noticing the sound noise of everyday life, it is not always possible for us to quiet it. That is what this journey is for – a conscious invitation to choose supporting frequencies: sound, silence, presence, connection. To allow yourself these 2.5 hours of being, so that body and mind – you as a whole – can simply be.
Every sound born on the journey carries the intention to touch the source of love within yourself.
A gentle yet precise touch that flows through and sets us in the epicenter of sounds to balance and hold the space for unconditional love. In this presence, our creation is an invitation – to expand, to allow oneself to feel and experience authenticity in all its beauty and depth.
As the experiencer, we are simultaneously the beginning and the end in the infinite flow of sounds.
And these sounds…
