NB! The gong evening takes place lying down. Please bring everything that will make lying down as comfortable and enjoyable as possible – a soft mat, sheepskin, a warm blanket, a small pillow, comfortable clothes. Also bring a water bottle, as well as a notebook and something to write with for recording your thoughts or visions. The air temperature in the hall is the same as outdoors.
Anyone can take part in the sound journey; it does not require any prior knowledge or special preparation.

Every year, on the eighth day of the eighth month, a cosmic alignment takes place, known as the Lion’s Gate Portal, or the Lion’s Gate.

Sirius is often associated with the expansive qualities of the planet Jupiter and carries an energetic impulse for action and achievement. It opens a window for expansion, so that we may open blessings in our lives by consciously creating in harmony with nature.
The Leo energy that we all experience in the Lion’s Gate Portal is connected with divine alignment and the awakening of the royal codes of a higher life, which are available to everyone.

As we immerse ourselves in the subtle ethereal quality of the gong sound, we heal and rejuvenate; the cosmic ocean of vibrations washes over us, cleanses us and sets us free.
The harmony of gong tones brings inner peace into us, and it is in this state that deep healing can take place. During Gong Night, we meditate or sleep.
During the night ceremony, gongs tuned to the frequencies of the planets will be played: the Sun, the Moon, Venus, Sedna and Chiron.
The GONG is a sacred instrument with a powerful and all-encompassing sound. It is one of the oldest instruments in the world, helping to achieve a deep state of relaxation with its mystical sound rich in overtones.
According to Eastern philosophy, the organic sounds of the GONG help release fears and other negative emotions. As we dive into the ocean of gong sounds, the questions and problems that trouble us in everyday life dissolve. The sounds of the GONG balance the body by bringing
the brain to alpha–theta levels. This helps increase creativity and multiplies the activity of the immune system. Our thoughts, feelings, emotions, words and actions are also vibrations that we radiate outward from ourselves. Through gong sounds, we can
organise, change and balance our vibration. This is why very common feedback from gong meditations and ceremonies is that people feel rested and refreshed afterwards, see solutions to problems, find answers to questions, experience inner peace, joy,
bliss, inspiration – and bursts of creativity.
The night’s ceremonial space is held and the sounds on the gongs are created by gong master Tiina Karjatse.
In the morning after waking, we will offer a light breakfast at Kirna Manor Café.
The doors open already at 21:00. Come earlier to set up a comfortable place for yourself. Before Gong Night and in the morning after Gong Night, you will have a rare opportunity to recharge and heal yourself on the energy benches in Kirna Manor Park.
