What to do if the product didn’t fit:

You have 14 days to return a product that doesn’t fit.
Send a corresponding request to their email address: pood@kirna.ee.
The product being returned must be new, unused, and in its original packaging.
Once they receive the product, they will inform you.
If the return is approved, the money will be refunded within 3-5 working days.
Shipping costs are not refunded.
My ordered product is faulty!

If this unfortunate situation has occurred, please inform them immediately and send a photo to their email.
They will definitely find a quick solution to replace the product and will be more attentive in the future.
Return shipping costs:

Please mail the securely closed package to a Tallinna Kristiine Keskuse SmartPost, Omniva, or DPD parcel locker and send them the locker code via email!
When returning, the package must be оформлен (processed/registered) in the parcel locker as a new private customer shipment, and you must pay the shipping costs yourself.
