NB! The gong event takes place lying down. Bring everything that makes your relaxation as pleasant and enjoyable as possible – a soft mat, blanket, warm drink, pillow, comfortable clothes. Also bring water and a notebook and pen to express your thoughts or visions. The temperature inside is the same as outside.
The sound journey can be attended by anyone, no prior experience or special preparation is required.

Meditative Concert with Healing Instruments
Aivar Täpsi invites you to experience healing sounds with crystal singing bowls, the Sun Gong, and other sound tools.
During the concert with singing crystal bowls, we will allow our bodies and minds to be influenced by sounds that resonate with the intention of becoming purer and more wholesome.
The vibrations of a set of twelve singing bowls will fill the entire room. The largest of these, with a diameter of half a meter, produce sounds that affect the lower energy centers of the listeners. The smallest singing bowl, however, encompasses the highest spheres of our consciousness with its sounds. The set of crystal singing bowls illuminates everything around us, charging and cleansing the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual bodies of the listeners.

The Sun Gong, with a diameter of nearly one meter, has been a friend of Aivar’s for years. This instrument’s sounds release stagnant thought patterns, energy accumulations, and dark voids within us. It is accompanied by an 80 cm diameter WHITE gong, which vibrates at frequencies that affect the heart center.
It can be said that the gong takes us on a journey where we don’t need to take a single step.
