NB! Bring a yoga mat and blanket, and wear comfortable clothes. Also bring a water bottle and a notebook and writing utensils to record your thoughts or visions. The room temperature is the same as outside.

Anyone can participate in the active meditation; it requires no prior knowledge or special preparation.

Arrive a couple of hours early to fully acquaint yourself with the newly renovated manor café menu on the manor’s sun terrace! The summer-fresh menu also includes vegan food!

Osho Active Meditations last 60 minutes (except one, which lasts 65 minutes), consist of several parts, and are generally suitable for everyone. Different meditations have different intensities, creating different meditation experiences.

WHO IS THE LEADER DALI GETTER KARAT?

I am a happiness coach and creator of various consciousness-raising courses, a podcaster, retreat organizer, public speaker, and certified meditation teacher and Osho Active Meditations guide. I have studied Journey Therapy, the aromatic world of essential oils, and completed many psychology-related, manifestation, and consciousness courses.

Thanks to Osho Active Meditations, I have experienced extraordinary energy movements, indescribable joy, the disappearance of separation, total silence, trust, and a neutral observer position. They have helped me out of difficulties and reminded me of humility in moments of lightness, keeping me more balanced and pure in thought.

I have the honor of guiding Osho Active Meditations, to hold space for others who wish to move closer to themselves, to silence, and to a neutral observer through these wonderful meditations.

HOW TO COME TO THE SESSION?

★ Arrive as punctually as possible, as the session begins with meditation guidance; we will start the meditation around 19:20. It is not possible to join the meditation halfway or late. ★ NB! If you are pregnant, please let me know in advance. Then I can choose a calmer meditation or ask you to consult with your doctor. ★ NB! Osho Active Meditations are intended for participants aged 18 and above.
