SUPERBREATHING

Superbreathing is a 1 hour and 20-minute breathing process that is a combination of the best elements from holotropic, transpersonal, and transformative breathing schools. Unlike many other breathing techniques, superbreathing follows a preset rhythm, incorporating bodywork and sound to effectively release blockages and tension accumulated in the body during life.

Gong superbreathing enables you to slowly reactivate and integrate past suppressed experiences, both physical and emotional, and the energies and charges associated with them, ultimately freeing and releasing them.

As a result, the emotional connection to past experiences in the nervous system is interrupted. The system stores information in such a way that the past experience is viewed as having passed, and the present moment is safe. This gives you the opportunity to react differently to similar situations in the future and to permanently break free from habitual automatic reactions.

Gaining access to the subconscious provides a direct route to the accumulated stress, suppressed emotions, and trauma-induced mental and physical tensions and blockages—unfinished emotional charges. Accessing them means experiencing them consciously through physical sensations, reflexes, impulses, or emotions that were left incomplete.

Switching off everyday thinking, whether partially or entirely, allows you to focus more on the experience without analyzing or assigning meaning. This creates the possibility to experience things as they are. This makes it easier for the nervous system to allow, experience, and process what is happening in the body.

ABOUT THE GONGS

The gong is an ancient and awe-inspiring instrument with a powerful and all-encompassing sound. It is one of the oldest musical instruments in the world, known for its mystical tones and rich overtones. In this session, we will be accompanied by 6 different gongs, shamanic drums, and crystal singing bowls.

The vibrations of the gongs quickly bring the body into a state where body, mind, and emotions are in perfect balance. Immersing in the world of gong sounds disperses the worries and problems of everyday life, creating a pleasant moment of rest.

Gong sounds affect the brain, bringing it into an alpha and theta brainwave state, which in turn fosters creativity and strengthens the immune system. Our thoughts, feelings, emotions, words, and actions are also vibrations that we emit. Gong sounds can help to organize, change, and balance these vibrations.

People who have participated in gong meditations and ceremonies often share feedback that they feel relaxed, refreshed, and inspired after the session. They experience new solutions to problems, find answers to questions, and experience inner peace, joy, bliss, and bursts of creativity.

A gong journey is a meditative session where participants lie down or sit comfortably while a sound therapist or musician plays gongs, creating an all-encompassing sound space. This practice allows for deep relaxation, where participants may experience changes in mental states, visions, or emotional release. Sound waves help reduce mental activity and allow the body and mind to initiate their healing processes.

Sound healing with gongs is part of a broader sound therapy practice that uses various instruments and techniques for healing purposes. It is based on the understanding that everything in the universe, including the human body, vibrates at certain frequencies. The deep resonances of the gongs help restore harmony to the body’s natural vibrations, relieving physical tension and emotional stress.

Gong sound healing may offer several potential benefits, including:

  • Reducing stress and anxiety: Gong sounds have a deeply relaxing effect that can help lower stress and anxiety levels.

  • Deeper relaxation and better sleep: The practice may improve sleep quality, helping participants fall asleep faster and sleep more deeply.

  • Emotional release: The gong journey offers a safe environment to express and release emotions.

  • Mental clarity and enhanced intuition: The meditative state fostered by the gongs helps clarify thoughts and strengthen intuition.
