And now it’s time to plant another round of tulip bulbs in the soil. We’re gathering for a big **COMMUNITY WORKDAY** on October 4 at 10:00 AM to fill Kirna Manor Park’s two grandest parade flower beds with tulips—the ones that catch your eye first when you enter the park in spring
The manor’s gardeners have worked diligently this summer to prepare exceptionally soft, crumbly soil, making it a pure joy to plant tulip bulbs. The weather also promises to be dry and sunny!

As a thank-you, we’ll give all volunteers a special **Community Pass**, which grants you access to admire your handiwork every day during the 2026 Tulip Festival.
And, of course, a hearty farmhand soup and a warm raisin pretzel await you at Kirna Manor Café. For those interested, we’ll also offer a tour of Kirna Energy Park at the end of the day!
Please dress for the weather! All necessary tools will be provided on-site.
Registration for the tulip planting is open until all spots are filled.
