♫ GONGS – Andres Põhjala & HARP – Kadri Ann Rebane
You are invited to experience what is ready to be born within you. 😇
✨From Birth to Rebirth ✨ A 2.5-hour playful and meditative sound journey is suitable for you if you feel that you are on the threshold of change, need space to recover, or wish for a deeper connection with yourself.
We invite you to a sound journey where the healing softness of the harp meets the deep, expansive vibration of the gong. At the heart of this evening is the natural cycle of life – birth, formation, transformation, and inner rebirth.
“From Birth to Rebirth” is a metaphor for the inner process that we all experience in cycles. New insights, decisions, and layers of identity are born within us. Some parts of us mature quietly until they are ready to become visible. This journey creates a space where this movement can be noticed and supported.
The sound journey begins with a guided meditation that helps the nervous system calm down and the body arrive safely in the present moment. We create a connection with the heart, life force, and body. The space is holding and soft, like in a mother’s womb, where there is no need to prove anything or hurry. It is possible simply to be and allow the inner process to unfold.
In the sound part, two sound spaces with different frequencies meet, supporting inner movement.
The sound of the harp creates:
- softness and trust
- a gentle connection with the heart
- a safe space for emotional opening
📀 The vibration of the gong creates:
- a deeper bodily experience
- an opportunity to move into subconscious layers
- a space for expansion and inner clarity
In the meeting of the harp and gong, wholeness emerges. The harp brings softness and trust into the space, while the gong adds the dimension of depth and vastness. Their shared sound field creates an environment where one can experience being held and expanding at the same time, supporting inner rebirth.
✨The focus of the journey is:
- connection with your life force and creativity
- safe presence in the body
- noticing inner transformation
- readiness for a new stage
We are here to hold the space in the balanced cooperation of feminine and masculine energy – in the union of softness and depth, holding and expansion.
The sound journey is held by:
Andres Põhjala
Andres has worked for years as a therapist and counsellor, combining sound therapy, hypnosis, and transpersonal psychology approaches in his practice. For him, the sounds of the gong are like a journey from the visible to the invisible – an opportunity to support a person in finding inner peace, balance, and presence.
Kadri Ann Rebane
Kadri Ann is a harpist and Human Design mentor who combines music, conscious presence, and inner development in her work. She is studying in the international harp therapy programme (IHTP), deepening her understanding of the effect of sound on human consciousness and balance. For her, the sounds of the harp are like a bridge between the soul and the body – an opportunity to support a person in connecting with their original essence, natural energy, and inner direction.
◦ Severe tinnitus or hearing disorders – Intensive sound therapy may irritate or worsen hearing problems.
◦ Psychiatric conditions – Post-traumatic conditions or other mental health disorders may make the sounds anxiety-inducing.
◦ Epilepsy – Rhythmic and strong sounds may trigger an epileptic seizure.
◦ Recent trauma – Fresh traumatic experiences may increase the risk of emotional reactions.
◦ High-risk pregnancy – Although generally safe, caution should be exercised in the case of a high-risk pregnancy.
Important: If you have been diagnosed with any health condition, consult the organiser or your physician before participating.
