And now is the time to plant another round of tulip bulbs. We will gather for a big LABOR DAY on October 4th at 10 am to plant the two most magnificent parade beds of Kirna Manor Park full of tulips – the ones that are the first thing you see when you enter the park in spring 🙂
The gardeners of the manor have been very thorough in maintaining the beds this summer and have prepared exceptionally nice fluffy-soft soil, where planting tulip bulbs is a pure joy. The weather also promises to be dry and sunny!
As a thank you, we are giving all the workers a special Labor Ticket, with which you can admire your handiwork at least every day at the 2026 Tulip Festival.
And of course, a refreshing Labor Day soup and a warm raisin pretzel await you in the Kirna Manor Café. For those who wish, we will offer a tour of the Kirna Energy Park at the end of the day!
