💫 HOW DOES THE FORGIVENESS CIRCLE – A LIBERATING JOURNEY WITH YOURSELF WORK?
We all carry stories – those that have shaped, molded, and sometimes painfully affected us. The purpose of the Forgiveness Circle is to open and release these stories that hold us back, to find the path to healing and peace. This process has its unique power to help heal past pain and free ourselves from the burdens of everyday life.
At the beginning of the process, we create a safe space and explain what forgiveness is and is not – often we have very misleading beliefs about forgiveness, but true forgiveness is a deeper and healing process that helps us free ourselves from our inner burdens and is primarily a gift to ourselves.
The following practices help create a deeper connection with ourselves and others. These exercises take us beyond the ordinary and help us feel forgiveness on a physical and spiritual level.
In the main process, we meet in a circle – eye to eye, heart to heart. Forgiveness is not just about forgiving others, but about reclaiming our inner peace. Here you say: “Please forgive me!”
Forgiveness begins with ourselves. We ask for forgiveness for keeping our hearts closed and allowing past wounds to define us. We take responsibility for our lives and give ourselves love.
Then, we ask for forgiveness from all those we have blamed, whether they are people or situations that have painfully touched us. We acknowledge that all of this is part of the great human experience.
Then, we ask for forgiveness from everything sacred to us. We ask for forgiveness from our truths, values, and beliefs that have held us back or led us astray.
The final moment is the most healing: we ask for forgiveness from ourselves. This moment brings deep mental peace because we are ready to forgive and love ourselves.
At the end of the process, we hold silence to integrate the entire journey. In the sharing circle, we share our experiences and hear how this process has affected us.

🙋♀️ FORGIVENESS CIRCLE FACILITATOR: EGE RIITSALU I am Ege Riitsalu, the creator of Happiness Therapy, a facilitator of Forgiveness Circles, a guide in Radical Forgiveness methods, a transpersonal psychotherapist-counselor, hypnotherapist, and customer service trainer.
My mission is to help people discover their inner power, love, and mental peace so that they can live a fulfilling and balanced life.
My journey in psychology began with a deep interest in the human mind and psyche, supported by my personal life crises. Today, I passionately explore how to be healthy and happy when life puts us to the test? How to make the right choices to move towards peace and inner freedom?
I firmly believe that every person is capable of change and healing if they can open their hearts and minds and give themselves love and forgiveness. A happy and self-aware person is successful in every area of life – and this is the awareness I wish to promote.

🙋 GONG MEDITATION FACILITATOR: ANDRES PÕHJALA Co-dependency counselor, sound and hypnotherapist. I work as a therapist and counselor at Andres Põhjala Therapy. I came to this life mission purely through a personal need for spiritual and physical healing.
My heart’s desire has become to open and experience my true self and help others do the same, allowing us to apply our true potential and live a joyful, multifaceted life.
Our true selves are often hidden under layers of judgments and traumas. Ego defense mechanisms, created to protect the true self, need to be gently opened.
Judgments have created a Bermuda Triangle of FEAR, SHAME, and GUILT, where we lose ourselves and all sense of direction disappears. Therefore, I pay great attention to emotions, feelings, and self-awareness in my work. I give you a fish instead of teaching you to fish, and with it, the responsibility for your own well-being.
Believing that we always have choices in every life situation, we can keep our lives and well-being on track and thus be the captains of our own lives.
I specialize in working with people experiencing co-dependency and dependency issues, as I have personal experience with these complex psychological conditions and work with them. But I also welcome people with other problems, guiding them through psychological challenges towards self-awareness and healing.
I constantly complement myself with modern psychotherapy approaches to always offer the best psychological and spiritual help to my clients, growing as a person and therapist.
The therapeutic approach I have recently fallen in love with is sound therapy. Having struggled with anxiety for a lifetime, I found that both participating in and playing the gong can bring a sense of complete presence. This is the key to healing. Simply throw a pillow and let things happen. In this elevated state, negative emotions cannot follow us. The body’s energy reserves are restored. We reconnect with childlike joy. We see new opportunities. We can calmly observe our lives. We regain choices.

🎶🟡 GONGS AND SOUND HEALING The gong is an ancient and awe-inspiring instrument known for its powerful and all-encompassing sound. Considered one of the oldest musical instruments in the world, it is renowned for its mystical sound and rich overtones. This journey will feature 6 different gongs, shamanic drums, and crystal singing bowls.
The vibrations of the gong quickly bring the body into a state where the body, mind, and emotions are in harmonious frequency. Immersed in the world of gong sounds, everyday worries and problems dissolve, providing a meditative break.
Gong sounds stimulate the brain, bringing it into alpha and theta wave states, which in turn support creativity and strengthen the immune system. Our thoughts, feelings, emotions, words, and actions are also vibrations that we emit. With the help of gong sounds, we can rearrange, change, and balance these vibrations.
People who have participated in gong meditations and ceremonies often share that they feel refreshed, invigorated, and inspired afterward. They find new solutions to problems, answers to questions, and experience inner peace, joy, happiness, and creative bursts.
