Anyone can participate in the workshop; it does not require any prior knowledge or special preparation.

Power in dance
Free and liberating dance inspired by the 5 Rhythms dances. Active moving meditation, also called a dance journey. Dance with a focus on presence, listening to your body without predetermined movement patterns.
Moving freely through the 5 rhythms provides different opportunities for self-expression and liberation. It also provides a huge amount of energy and a good workout for the body.
The dance forms a natural dynamic wave, we start with slow, calm flowing music (flow-earth, awakening the body), to which rhythm is soon added (staccato-fire, expression), then the rhythm gets faster and faster and culminates in a very fast ecstatic chaos (water, liberation, transformation), after which we can experience a new space within ourselves, with a new energy that has a new quality (lyrics-air, creativity), the heart opens, we can experience greater joy, satisfaction, lightness, etc., the wave flows into peace, the experience of oneness (silence-ether).
We dance for 1 hour and 20 minutes. After the dance, you can stretch for 40 minutes, relax, integrate what you have experienced, and travel even deeper into yourself to the accompaniment of gentle, supportive sounds (Gong, singing bowls, Koshi bells, RAV drum, rain instrument, etc.)

MARGIT FOHT
Margit is a 15-year-old experienced practitioner and instructor of Väetantsude/5 Rõtmi dances, and has been involved in conscious self-development for over 20 years.
She is the creator of Väekatu Sýndmuste Agentuur, an organizer of self-development and well-being-creating events in Tartu.
Margit has recognized that her mission and talent is to be the keeper of a healing space, supporting and inspiring people to open up, find their talent and power.
In addition to dance journeys, she has been creating sound journeys for the last 4 years using various instruments and voice, etc., and doing private sessions in the form of massage and sound therapy.
