Please bring everything that will make lying down as comfortable and enjoyable as possible \u2013 a soft mat, sheepskin, warm blanket, pillow, comfortable clothes. Also bring a water bottle, a notebook and something to write with for noting down your thoughts or visions. <\/strong>The air temperature in the hall is the same as outdoors. <\/strong><\/p>\n

We invite you to take part in a ritual and powerful mystery of sound that lasts throughout the night. We will create a special sound atmosphere for you \u2013 a cosmic mystery of gong sounds, where powerful vibrations embrace you and accompany your journey on the borderlands of dreams and visions.<\/p>\n

The Autumn Equinox has arrived \u2013 once again, night and day are of equal length. From now on, the nights will become longer and longer, while the daylight hours grow shorter. And so we turn our gaze and attention more inward, to appreciate the charms of darkness, rest and a calmer time. This is precisely the time a person needs for development, growth and moving to a new level.<\/p>\n

The time of the equinox is always mystical and carries magical mystery within it. It is a shift that does not only take us into the next season, but also changes quite a lot in people\u2019s consciousness, emotions and behaviour. Autumn is an especially good time for working with your inner world, taking care of your body and mind, and observing your feelings and emotions.<\/p>\n

\"\u2728\" In Estonian folk tradition, it brings good fortune to perform a gratitude ritual on the autumn equinox. Through the ritual, thanks are given for all the beauty and goodness of the past summer, and for all the berries and fruits that Mother Earth has given us. Symbolically, it is also a powerful moment to ritually thank everything that has passed, and to be grateful for everything and everyone who has brought important growth and experience to our life path. So that we may step into the new tomorrow upright and with dignity.<\/p>\n

GONG NIGHT \u2013 this is a timeless experience where, travelling with gong vibrations, we leave this dimension behind and move effortlessly into higher dimensions. Diving into the subtle ethereal nature of gong sound, we heal and rejuvenate; the cosmic ocean of vibrations washes us, cleanses us and sets us free. The harmony of gong tones brings inner peace within us, and in this state deep healing can take place. During gong night, we meditate or sleep \u2013 an unprecedented kind of sleep in which we are actually awake.<\/p>\n

\n

The gong is an ancient instrument, a sacred instrument that has been used since ancient times to connect with the wholeness of the world. Gong therapy is a powerful tool for cleansing the subconscious. The sound of the gong creates a deep state of relaxation and stimulates the glandular system throughout the body. As different emotions are released, the body is cleansed of negative energies and accumulated tensions, and fears are released, helping us to let go of stress while creating harmony and faith in ourselves.<\/p>\n

\n

The gongs will sound for a total of 6 hours throughout the night. Now there is an opportunity to experience a gong session throughout the entire night. Toward morning, as the gong sounds fade, there will be a transformative time of silence to integrate the night\u2019s gong healing. The morning awakening will take place in bright, fairy-like sounds.<\/p>\n

This time, during the gong night, a powerful yet gentle and caressing symphony of cosmic sounds will be heard \u2013 the space will be empowered by the planetary gongs Sun, Moon, Venus, Chiron and Sedna.
\nHealing and bright vibrations will be created on the gongs, and the space will be held by gong master Tiina Karjatse.
\nIn the morning after waking up, we will offer a light breakfast.
\nThe doors open already at 21:00. Come earlier to set up a comfortable place for yourself.<\/p>\n
