Bring anything that makes your relaxation as comfortable and enjoyable as possible\u2014a soft mat, sheepskin, warm blanket, small pillow, and comfortable clothes. Immersing yourself in the ocean of gong sounds dissolves the questions and problems that weigh on us in everyday life. GONG sounds balance the body, guiding the brain into alpha and theta states. This enhances creativity and multiplies the activity of the immune system. Our thoughts, feelings, emotions, words, and actions are also vibrations that we emit outward. Through gong sounds, we can align, change, and balance our vibrations. It is very common to receive feedback after gong meditations and ceremonies that people feel refreshed, see solutions to problems, find answers to questions, and experience inner peace, joy, bliss, inspiration, and bursts of creativity.<\/p>\n
