The dance is suitable for women of all ages, body types, and backgrounds, and no special preparation is needed.<\/p>\n

No judgments, no criticism\u2014this is about freedom, self-expression, and movement\u2014or not moving\u2014just as you feel in the moment.<\/p>\n

The music selection is diverse, ranging from ancient mantras to world music, ecstatic rhythms, and Estonian power songs.<\/p>\n

Dance has a special place in Berit’s life, with a deep love for Eastern cultures and mythology. In these cultures, dance is more than just movement\u2014it’s a ritual, self-expression, and mysticism. Dance is Kristel’s passion! Over 50 years, she’s explored movements ranging from rhythmic gymnastics to yoga, Latin American dance, biodanza, and contemporary dance. She trained as an instructor at the international Shakti Dance Academy. By combining dance movement with energy work, she has created the dance journeys.
