NB!<\/strong> The Gong Journey takes place lying down. Bring everything that will make your experience as pleasant and enjoyable as possible \u2013 a soft mat, sheepskin, a warm blanket, a pillow, comfortable clothes. Also bring a water bottle and a notebook and writing utensils to record your thoughts or visions. The room temperature is the same as outside.<\/p>\n

Anyone can participate in the sound journey; it requires no prior knowledge or special preparation.<\/p>\n

Arrive a couple of hours early to fully acquaint yourself with the newly renovated manor caf\u00e9 menu on the manor’s sun terrace! The summer-fresh menu also includes vegan food!<\/p>\n

You are invited to a dance journey with deep, primal, organic, and melodic sounds in the powerful park of Kirna Manor under mighty oaks, spruces, and pines. We dance ourselves into oneness with nature, drawing powerful energy from the earth, trees, air, and sun. We create a connection and attune ourselves to joy, purity, and being ourselves. For the dance journey Silent Dance, we use headphones.<\/p>\n

The dance journey is followed by gong relaxation and a sound journey in the manor hall. Relaxing in the gong sounds, we purify and expand ourselves to invite greater awareness, balance, and harmony into our lives.<\/p>\n

Kirna Manor and its park are considered among the world’s five most primal and powerful natural places. Kirna Manor has become home to a nature therapy and healing center.<\/p>\n

The dance journey will be led by DJ and co-organizer of various events and festivals, Ivo Malm. According to Ivo, being together in the same time and space at the center of uplifting music, we can experience pleasure and joy. Through dance and movement, we can release tensions that have accumulated in the body and need a safe space and relaxation to be freed. His recordings can be listened to on SoundCloud.<\/p>\n

The gong journey will be created and held in a sound space by gong master Tiina Karjatse.<\/p>\n

The gong is a sacred instrument with a powerful and all-encompassing sound, one of the oldest instruments in the world, which helps achieve a state of deep relaxation with its mystical and overtone-rich sound. According to the philosophy of the Land of Morning Calm, the organic sounds of the gong help release fears and other negative emotions. Immersing in the ocean of gong sounds, the pressing questions and problems of our everyday life dissolve. Gong sounds balance the organism, leading the brain to alpha-theta levels. This also helps increase creativity and multiplies the activity of the immune system. Our thoughts, feelings, emotions, words, and actions are also vibrations that we emit outward. Through gong sounds, we can organize, change, and balance our vibrations. Thus, it is very common feedback from gong meditations and ceremonies that people feel refreshed and renewed afterward, see solutions to problems, find answers to questions, and experience inner peace, joy, bliss, inspiration, and bursts of creativity.<\/p>\n
