Bring everything that makes your relaxation as pleasant and enjoyable as possible \u2013 a soft mat, blanket, warm drink, pillow, comfortable clothes. Also bring water and a notebook and pen to express your thoughts or visions. The temperature inside is the same as outside.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\">The sound journey can be attended by anyone, no prior experience or special preparation is required.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\">Come a couple of hours early to fully enjoy the completely renewed manor caf\u00e9 menu on the sunny terrace! The number of participants is limited!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\">You are welcome to experience and feel!<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p dir=\"auto\">\u266b <strong>GONG MEDITATION<\/strong> &#8211; Aivar T\u00e4psi<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\"><strong>Meditative Concert with Healing Instruments<\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\">Aivar T\u00e4psi invites you to experience healing sounds with crystal singing bowls, the Sun Gong, and other sound tools.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\">During the concert with singing crystal bowls, we will allow our bodies and minds to be influenced by sounds that resonate with the intention of becoming purer and more wholesome.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\">The vibrations of a set of twelve singing bowls will fill the entire room. The largest of these, with a diameter of half a meter, produce sounds that affect the lower energy centers of the listeners. The smallest singing bowl, however, encompasses the highest spheres of our consciousness with its sounds. The set of crystal singing bowls illuminates everything around us, charging and cleansing the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual bodies of the listeners.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\">\u2728 Balancing occurs. \u2728 The sounds also make two gongs resonate.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\">The Sun Gong, with a diameter of nearly one meter, has been a friend of Aivar&#8217;s for years. This instrument&#8217;s sounds release stagnant thought patterns, energy accumulations, and dark voids within us.
