NB! The gong event takes place lying down. Bring everything that makes your relaxation as pleasant and enjoyable as possible \u2013 a soft mat, blanket, warm drink, pillow, comfortable clothes. Also bring water and a notebook and pen to express your thoughts or visions. The temperature inside is the same as outside.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The sound journey can be attended by anyone, no prior experience or special preparation is required.<\/p>\n

Come a couple of hours early to fully enjoy the completely renewed manor caf\u00e9 menu on the sunny terrace! The summer menu also includes vegan options!<\/p>\n

Gong Night at Kirna Manor<\/strong><\/p>\n

The GONG is a sacred instrument with a powerful and all-encompassing sound, one of the oldest instruments in the world, helping with its mystical and overtone-rich sound to induce a state of deep relaxation.<\/p>\n

According to the philosophy of resonance, the organic sounds of the GONG help release fears and other negative emotions. Immersing into the ocean of gong sounds, the everyday worries and problems that burden us dissolve. GONG sounds balance the organism to the alpha-theta levels of the fifth dimension. This also contributes to increased creativity and multiplies the activity of the immune system.<\/p>\n

Our thoughts, feelings, emotions, words, and actions are also vibrations that we radiate outward. Through gong sounds, we can rearrange, change, and balance our vibrations. Thus, it is very common feedback from gong meditations and ceremonies that people feel refreshed and cleansed afterward, find solutions to problems, find answers to questions, experience inner peace, joy, happiness, inspiration, and bursts of creativity.<\/p>\n
