Osho Active Meditations last 60 minutes (except one that lasts 65 minutes), consist of several parts, and are generally suitable for everyone. Different meditations have different intensities, creating various meditation experiences.

WHO IS INSTRUCTOR DALI GETTER KARAT? I am a happiness coach and creator of various consciousness-raising courses, a podcaster, and retreat organizer, public speaker, and certified meditation teacher and Osho Active Meditations instructor. I have studied Journey Therapy, the aroma world of etheric oils, and completed many psychological, manifestation, and consciousness training courses.
Thanks to Osho Active Meditations, I have experienced extraordinary energy movements, indescribable joy, and the disappearance of separation, total silence, trust, and the neutral observer position. These have helped me through difficult times and reminded me of humility in moments of lightness, kept me more balanced and thought-free.

HOW TO ARRIVE ON TIME: ★ Arrive as punctually as possible, as the session starts with meditation guidance, and the meditation begins around 19:20. It is not possible to join the meditation halfway or late. ★ NB! If you are pregnant, please let me know in advance. I can then choose a gentler meditation or advise you to consult your doctor. ★ NB!
