NB! The Gong Evening takes place lying down. Bring everything that will make your experience as pleasant and enjoyable as possible – a soft mat, sheepskin, a warm blanket, a pillow, comfortable clothes. Also bring a water bottle and a notebook and writing utensils to record your thoughts or visions. The room temperature is the same as outside.
Anyone can participate in the sound journey; it requires no prior knowledge or special preparation.
Arrive a couple of hours early to fully acquaint yourself with the newly renovated manor café menu on the manor’s sun terrace! The summer-fresh menu also includes vegan food!

You will hear planetary gongs, ethnic flutes, string instruments, Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, and overtone singing.
The mind-elevating sounds of gongs and other musical instruments lead to a state of deep relaxation, where the body’s self-healing processes are activated.
The body and mind receive long-awaited rest, and the levels of stress and anxiety are reduced.
You may experience an altered state of consciousness where wonderful imagery, insights, and unconventional solutions arise from a deeper level of understanding.
In a meditative state, we can reprogram ourselves, free ourselves from negative patterns, and attune to positive changes.
Gongs fill the space with millions of sounds; against this backdrop, they paint fairy-tale landscapes with Tibetan and crystal bowls, flat bells, and heavenly overtone singing.
