♫ WITH THE GONGS – Lilia Märtmaa and Deniss Vinogradov
Gong Evening at Kirna Manor
No recording or online broadcast can compare to the authentic, all-encompassing sounds of gongs and singing bowls.
Planetary gongs, ethnic flutes, string instruments, Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, and overtone singing will resonate.
- The uplifting sounds of gongs and other musical instruments lead to a deep state of relaxation, activating the body’s self-healing processes
- The body and mind receive long-awaited rest, reducing stress and anxiety levels
- A state of altered consciousness may arise, bringing wondrous imagery, insights, and unconventional solutions from a deeper level of understanding
- In a meditative state, we can reprogram ourselves, release negative patterns, and attune to positive changes
- Gongs fill the space with millions of sounds; against this backdrop, Tibetan and crystal bowls, flat bells, and celestial overtone singing paint fairy-tale landscapes
♫ Performers:
Lilia Märtmaa and Deniss Vinogradov – gong masters, sound and music therapists, and founders of the Healing Sounds Center.
