[PLACES FULL!] Lying down concert. Gong evening at Kirna Manor – Tiina Karjatse

NB! The Gong Evening will take place lying down. Bring everything that will make your relaxation as comfortable and enjoyable as possible – a soft mat, sheepskin, warm blanket, pillow, and comfortable clothes. Also bring a water bottle and a notebook and writing tool for recording your thoughts or visions. The room temperature will be the same as the outside temperature.

The sound journey is open to everyone, and no prior knowledge or special preparation is required.

Arrive a couple of hours earlier to explore the completely updated menu at the manor café on the sun terrace! The summer menu includes vegan dishes as well!

The GONG is a sacred instrument with a powerful and all-encompassing sound, one of the oldest instruments in the world, which helps achieve a deep state of relaxation with its mystical and overtone-rich tones. According to Eastern philosophy, the organic sounds of the GONG help release fears and other negative emotions. By diving into the ocean of gong sounds, everyday questions and problems that weigh on us dissolve. The GONG’s sounds balance the body, bringing the brain into alpha-theta states. This also promotes creativity and multiplies the activity of the immune system. Our thoughts, feelings, emotions, words, and actions are also vibrations we radiate outward. Through the sounds of the gong, we can organize, change, and balance our vibrations. It is very common for people to report feeling relaxed, refreshed, finding solutions to problems, answers to questions, experiencing inner peace, joy, bliss, inspiration, and creative bursts after gong meditations and ceremonies.
