At the first dinner of the Järvamaa ÖÖÖÖ café Wednesday series, you can enjoy exotic flavors from the Caucasus at the Kirna manor café. Roza, who has Armenian and Georgian roots, will prepare dishes from her homeland in the Kirna kitchen that will make your mouth water. The dishes are authentic and a little spicy, like the southern Roza, but still mild enough to suit us Estonians, whose language, culture and taste buds Roza has learned well during her 40 years living in Estonia.
On the evening of September 4, we will offer a four-course dinner of the hits of Caucasian cuisine that will not leave any food lover indifferent:
Dolma | A spicy rice and meat roll wrapped in grape leaves picked from Kirna’s garden |
Khachapuri | Cheese-covered flatbread baked in the manor’s bakery oven |
Hinkali | delicious Georgian dumplings, fresh adjika, sour cream |
Honey cake | honey shot to end the dinner |
