NB! The Gong Evening takes place lying down.
Bring everything that makes your lying down as comfortable and enjoyable as possible – a soft mat, sheepskin, a warm blanket, a pillow, and comfortable clothes. Don’t forget to bring a water bottle and a notebook and pen to jot down your thoughts or visions. The room temperature will be the same as outside.
Anyone can participate in the sound journey; no prior knowledge or special preparation is required.
Come a couple of hours earlier to explore the completely renovated manor café menu on the sun terrace of the manor! The summer selection includes vegan dishes as well!

No recording or online broadcast can compare to the authentic all-encompassing sounds of gongs and sound bowls.
Planetary gongs, ethnic flutes, string instruments, Tibetan and crystal bowls, and overtone singing will fill the space.
The uplifting sounds of the gongs and other musical instruments will guide you into a deep relaxation state, where the body’s self-healing processes are activated.
The body and mind receive the long-awaited rest, stress and anxiety levels subside.
A state of altered consciousness may occur, where wonderful visions, realizations, and unconventional solutions emerge from a deeper level of understanding.
In this meditative state, we can reprogram ourselves, release negative patterns, and tune into positive changes.
The gongs will fill the space with millions of sounds; in the background, mythic landscapes will be painted with Tibetan and crystal bowls, flat bells, and heavenly overtone singing.
