This event celebrates the powerful practice of dance meditation for women, which releases body tension and fills the mind with peace and joy. It’s open to all women, regardless of prior experience—whether you’re new to such events or have attended many. The dance is suitable for women of all ages, body types, and backgrounds, and no special preparation is needed.
Here, you’ll find a safe and supportive space where your movements are free—whether your skirt sways as high as you like or you choose to move less. No judgments, no criticism—this is about freedom, self-expression, and movement—or not moving—just as you feel in the moment.
We celebrate life and have fun. We take time for ourselves. We dance freely and without limits.
We reconnect with our bodies and journey through meditation.
Sharing circles highlight how Full Moon Dance awakens dormant vitality and joy. Many women have “unlocked” themselves again and recognized their uniqueness and strength. There are no right or wrong steps, no perfect rhythms—it’s your dance in your uniqueness.
In the first part, we journey through dance meditation into our inner world. In the second part, we find joy in the rhythms of connection, community, and the world.
The music selection is diverse, ranging from ancient mantras to world music, ecstatic rhythms, and Estonian power songs.
Dance journey rhythms are guided by Kristel Treier and Berit Aicha Kalling.
On-site, the café is open until 8 PM, so arrive early to enjoy the energy park and a delicious dinner at the manor café! The fresh summer menu also features vegan dishes!
Full Moon Dance is a series of events created by self-development guide Kristel Treier and Müstika Dance Studio founder Berit Aicha Kalling.
Dance has a special place in Berit’s life, with a deep love for Eastern cultures and mythology. In these cultures, dance is more than just movement—it’s a ritual, self-expression, and mysticism. As the creator of Müstika Studio, Berit Aicha daily teaches the secrets of Eastern dances. You can find more about her work at Müstika Dance Studio.
Dance is Kristel’s passion! Over 50 years, she’s explored movements ranging from rhythmic gymnastics to yoga, Latin American dance, biodanza, and contemporary dance. She trained as an instructor at the international Shakti Dance Academy. By combining dance movement with energy work, she has created the dance journeys. Kristel is dedicated to supporting women and blending ancient practices with modern life. You can learn more about her work at Kuutemple’s website.
